Printing Guide | 533-1 Discharge Paste

Recommended printing conditions and process steps for discharge printing using CLT 533-1.

Printing Conditions

Humidity 50-80%
Temperature Room temperature
Squeegee Hardness 55-65 (oil-based)
Mesh Count 100-150 mesh
Curing Temperature 150-160°C
Curing Time 120 seconds
Heat Press (optional) 160°C × 15 seconds

Printing Process

1

Mix 533-1 paste with discharge powder at the recommended ratio until fully uniform.

2

Print immediately after mixing. Avoid excessive viscosity; overly thick paste can reduce penetration and weaken discharge effect.

3

Cure right after printing at 150-160°C for 120 seconds (or heat press at 160°C for 15 seconds). Use the mixed paste within 4-6 hours.
