Printing Process

Prepare formulation (e.g., 70% 9166 + 30% 9166C). Add 1% PC-100 cross-linker for enhanced fastness. Stir thoroughly. Use within 6-8 hours.

Print directly on cotton fabric (2-3 passes, 3 strokes each). No underbase required.

Cure at 130-140°C for 90 seconds. After cooling, pull the fabric by hand to create the crackle effect.
