Printing Process
Add 0.5% PC-100 cross-linker to 232 paste. Stir thoroughly. Use within 6-8 hours after mixing.
Check if fabric is sublimation-prone. If so, apply anti-sublimation underbase first. Print 232 paste (suggested 1 pass, 2 strokes).
Cure at 130-140°C for 90 seconds. Perform wash tests only after full drying (typically 24 hours).
