Printing Process
Prepare formulation with MP2500-3 and MP2500C-3. Add 1% PC-100 cross-linker and stir thoroughly. Use within 6-8 hours.
Apply underbase if needed (e.g., 982-4 for Modal). Machine print 3 passes (3 strokes each) with 80 mesh screen.
Cure at 130-140°C for 90 seconds. Full fastness achieved after 24 hours of drying.
