Printing Process
Add 5% PC-200-2 cross-linker to 811C-31. Stir thoroughly and use within 5-7 hours.
For difficult substrates like natural leather, apply varnish underbase first. Print 811C-31 (e.g., 12 passes for thick plate effect).
Cure/dry at 50-60°C for 6-8 hours. If dry/wet rubbing fastness > Grade 4 is required, top coat with M1204 paste.
