Printing Process
Mix S627 with pigment (1-10% depending on shade). If extra fastness is needed, add 1% PC-500 cross-linker and stir thoroughly.
Print the mixture. Adjust humidity: use MDR humectant if <50% to prevent clogging; extend curing if >80% to avoid tackiness.
Cure at 130-140°C for 90 seconds. Full fastness is achieved after complete drying.
