Printing Process
Prepare formulation with 811-2 and 811C-2. Add 1% PC-100 cross-linker and stir thoroughly. Use within 8-12 hours.
Apply underbase if needed (e.g., 982 for Modal). Print 10 passes (3 strokes each) to build desired height.
Cure at 130-140°C for 90 seconds. For high rubbing fastness (Grade 4+), apply M1204 top coat. Allow prints to fully dry for 24 hours.
