Step-by-Step Printing Workflow

Blend H222-1 (White) and H222C-1 (Clear) according to the color depth requirements (refer to formulation table).

For enhanced durability, add 1-2% PC-600 cross-linker. Stir thoroughly and use within 24 hours.

Execute 3 printing passes (3 strokes each). For sublimation-prone fabrics, use anti-migration black base paste first.

Cure in a tunnel dryer at 130-140°C for 90 seconds. Full fastness is achieved after 24 hours of natural drying.
